This is a FAQ page for both visitors and webmasters. Please read the entire page before sending an email. Thank you.

LINK EXCHANGES AND PAID ADVERTISING

Sorry, but due to the quality (or rather lack thereof) of the huge amount of requests that I receive, I'm no longer accepting link exchanges.

For those web masters that wish to advertise on Wedding Themes and More: I do not accept paid advertising. Please do not send inquiries regarding these two matters as you will not receive a response.

PROBLEM WITH AN E-BOOK ORDER?

If you are emailing me because you have a problem with one of the ebooks that you've ordered, please include:

your full name
your email address
your ORDER NUMBER that was listed on the emailed receipt you received from Clickbank.com (I need this to verify the order purchase)
your PHONE NUMBER (this is only in case the response email I send bounces back and I need to call you instead)
the date you placed your order
the name of the ebook you ordered

In other words, please help me to help you. The more information you supply, the faster and easier it will be for me to help you with your problem. Any information you supply is always kept private.

The only ebooks I can help you with are the ones that I have written, which are found in the Wedding Ebook section.

All other products shown on this site (that includes ebooks, printed books, favors, etc.) are resource links that will take you to different websites for more information. If you've ordered something from one of these resources, or want to order something but need more information, you will have to contact the appropriate webmaster for help since I don't have access to their ordering information. Thank you.

HAVE A PROBLEM BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM ME?

If you've contacted me about a problem with one of the ebooks that you've ordered and don't get a response from me within 48 hours, it's possible that the reply I've sent to your email address has bounced back. Please try again using a different email address (preferably not an AOL email address as they seem to have a tremendous amount of spam filters and I find it very hard to get an email response through to the customer).

All products on this website are only available through the Internet. Most are available from different suppliers and a link is supplied so you can go to their website for more information. I do not have a catalog, nor do I physically keep inventory for shipping.

SORRY, BUT I CAN NOT PROVIDE FREE HELP AND IDEAS PERSONALLY

I am NOT a wedding planner or consultant. As much as I enjoy trying to provide ideas on various wedding themes for my visitors on this website, I do not have the time to supply free advice and suggestions via email or phone requests. I'm continually adding new ideas and places on where you can find resources for various themes and they will be posted as I complete the pages. Therefore, I please request that you do not email me asking for ideas and advice on planning your wedding. I don't have the time nor the desire to do research for free.
