About Wedding Themes and More

Welcome! My name is Rose and I am the owner of Wedding Themes and More.

I began this website back in 2000 with the idea of providing newly engaged couples information and ideas on how to plan a theme wedding. Along with suggestions on invitations, decorations, favors and more, I also provide links to products that work well with each particular theme and earn a commission from sales in order to keep the site up and running, and to help provide an income for my family.

In essence, Wedding Themes and More caters to the do-it-yourself bride who loves the idea of creating a beautiful and memorable day while keeping expenses to a minimum. This was how I planned my own wedding back in 1996 (on a budget of only $3000 - money was very tight at that time) and found I actually enjoyed the process very much (despite the stress planning a wedding can cause).

Knowing other couples may be in the same position or just needed some good ideas to make their special day extra special, I began this website. It's gone through many changes over the years and this is now the latest version. I hope you enjoy browsing around and find the information provide useful to you.
